Hi there, I recently got laid off, my official termination date is 04/11/2015. The H1 - B is valid till 09/30/2016. The Green I-140, I-485, I-131, I-765 are submitted. I am [b]PAKISTANI[/b] National, I believe the green card processing for Pakistanis is fast. I-140 is approved. My I-485 is pending? Am I out of status. ? What I need to do in this situation ?Transfer H1 and wait for Green card to be approved from previous employer.?
